In the past years, I had been working in many service industries i.e. Swensens , Starbucks and Family Mart. Whist working with those companies, I had practiced and learnt many service skills to ensure that customer’s satisfactions is met within and beyond standards.This is very challenging and I did enjoy every moments of them. Customer Service is an image of every organizations. It is a first step to impress its customers and also the best tools of two-way communications between customers and organizations to share their experiences and to learn what needs to be done in both ways. And the last I graduated in Mining Engineering which make me thinking systematically that will make me an outstanding 5-Star Cabin Crew member at Qatar Airways.
