We would like to inform all of you the fingerprint scanning system already works. You are requested to scan your fingerprint whenever going in/out factory (at the same time you still sign time sheet as usual) from June, 3rd 2015 until the attendance system gets stability, you only scan your fingerprint (HR & GA Dept. will inform later)

You compulsorily have at least two fingerprint data at the beginning and the end of working day to record your time sheet. For any employee who lacks fingerprint data or goes business trip, you should submit the approved working confirmation by your manager to HR & GA Dept.

Team Managers are requested to remind your followers to do this strictly.
