We greatly appreciate your advices regarding the exhibition in this coming April. I assure that Siamspoon has always been fully committed with the marketing campaign for MGFA products here in Thailand. This was the main factor why we decide to double the exhibit space for this event so we will have plenty of room to present the products to our customers as well as the general public. Our intention is not primarily geared towards a MEGA sale or warehouse clearance. 
However, the main reason why potential customers attend this event is for a chance to buy products with special promotion or at a discounted price only in this event. This is where the promotional campaign comes in and will play a crucial role in building consumer awareness and possible brand loyalty. In addition to that, we will take this opportunity to introduce a brand new and upcoming product lines.
Siamspoon will be responsible for the marketing campaign for the show. We were just wondering if MGFA has some new products that you would like to showcase at this event or not. It may be a good opportunity to take advantage of this event if you have new products to present because MGFA products are well-known to our customers and they also know who distribute these products. Furthermore, if you want to hand out some door gift to our customers, you are more than welcome to. 
As for the rental cost on the booth for this exhibition, Siamspoon will also be responsible for it. We really appreciate your offer, and we have an extensive plan to make our booth looks very attract with plenty of artworks. In Thailand, Siamspoon is also well-known for our creativity and attractiveness when it comes to exhibition showcase. So we guarantee that everything will come out nice and attractive. 
Lastly, I would like to suggest that we have a follow-up meeting after the show to exchange and discuss the outlook for our companies in order to facilitate our business and expand together.
