The transport sector is comprised of four policy interventions.
Alternative 4 (Alt4: TSHIF), the modal shift from private passenger
to mass transit systems, receives the highest score of 0.876. It has
a superior score on resource use, environment loading, and on
social aspects. The policy of introducing biodiesel (Alt3: TBID) gets
a total weighted score of 0.802, while the introduction of NGV (Alt1: TNGV) and switching to gasohol (Alt2: TGSH) get approximately equal values of 0.773 and 0.775 , respectively (Table5).
