The model of SOFC stack is developed by referring to the literature [24e27]. The natural gas feed tubular SOFC system process is
implemented by using Aspen Plus software, which contains the
rigorous thermodynamic and physical property database and provides comprehensive built-in process models, thus offering a
convenient and time saving means for chemical process study,
including system modeling, integration and optimization. The SOFC
flowchart is shown in Fig. 1. It includes all the key components in
the SOFC stack such as pre-reformer, fuel cell (anode and cathode)
and afterburner.
As shown in Fig. 1, the preheated fuel (stream 1) mixes with the
recycled anode outlet gas (stream 5), and then the fuel gas mixture
(stream 2) is sent to the pre-reformer where the steam reform
reaction takes place. After that, the stream 3 enters the anode of
SOFC where the electrochemical reaction of fuel and oxygen from
the anode occurs. The mixture gas (stream 4) of anode reaction
product gas and the cathode outlet fuel gas is divided into two
parts. One part (stream 5) is recycled to mix with the fuel gas to
meet the specified ratio of steam to carbon (S/C), which is 2.5 in this
paper, and the recycled gas also provide the heat for the reforming
reaction to enhance the pre-reformer temperature and get more
H2. Another part flows into the afterburner and mixes with the
nitrogen-rich air (stream 9) from the anode outlet. After the combustion reaction, the outlet gas from the afterburner (stream 10) is
channeled into the regenerator to preheat the air (stream 7).

Các mô hình của ngăn xếp SOFC được phát triển bởi đề cập đến văn học [24e27]. Khí đốt tự nhiên ăn hình ống SOFC hệ thống quy trình làthực hiện bằng cách sử dụng phần mềm Aspen Plus, có chứa cáccơ sở dữ liệu khắt khe nhiệt và vật lý tài sản và cung cấp các mô hình trình xây dựng trong toàn diện, do đó cung cấp mộttiện lợi và thời gian tiết kiệm phương tiện nghiên cứu quá trình hóa học,bao gồm cả hệ thống mô hình hóa, hội nhập và tối ưu hóa.
