As per Flowserve Policy, annual leave is not allowed to be carried forward: any unused annual leave at 31-Dec-2016 will be forfeited.For 2015 only, any unused annual leave (as of 31-Dec-15) can only be carried forward if:1. Request is filled out on 2015 yellow cards;2. Request is approved by department manager AND myself;3. Not 11th & 12th January (VIP visit);4. Minimum 3 days advance notice;5. Used in JANUARY 2016 only.After 31st January 2016, any unused annual leave will be forfeited and the 2015 yellow cards will be archived.In general:• Anyone taking annual or business leave ลากิจ must responsibly notify their team/colleagues (the day before) and request others to cover certain duties in their absence.• Leave requests are for approval: advance notice is needed and the absence should not affect your duties being completed.• In some cases leave may be approved on “first come” basis. For example if a section has to complete a task before Songkran, a manager may approve for only two workers to take leave and will approve only the first 2 requests.Can all managers communicate this in Thai to your teams and let me know if you have any questions.
