Newly established enterprises from investment projects in the sectors of
(i) high technology, scientific research and technological development, investment in development of especially important infrastructure facilities of the State, and production of software products;
(ii) products supporting high technology sector;
(iii) products supporting garment, textile and footwear, IT, automobiles assembly, mechanics sector and cannot be produced domestically as at 1 January 2015, or if produced domestically, they meet the quality standards of the EU or equivalent.

Results (Vietnamese) 2:

Thành lập mới doanh nghiệp từ các dự án đầu tư trong các lĩnh vực
(i) công nghệ cao, nghiên cứu khoa học và phát triển công nghệ, đầu tư phát triển cơ sở hạ tầng đặc biệt quan trọng của Nhà nước, và sản xuất các sản phẩm phần mềm;
(ii) các sản phẩm hỗ trợ ngành công nghệ cao;
( iii) các sản phẩm hỗ trợ hàng may mặc, dệt may và giày dép, CNTT, ô tô lắp ráp, ngành cơ khí và có thể không được sản xuất trong nước tại thời điểm ngày 01 Tháng một 2015, hoặc nếu sản xuất trong nước, đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng của EU hoặc tương đương.
