• Enabling forensic practitioners to provide good quality medical services by ensuring provision of adequate facilities, equipment and other resources
• Managing the budget of the Centre
• Managing staff provision, conditions of employment and general support.
• Coordination with external service providers and other organizations.
• Monitoring output of medical reports to ensure adherence to agreed timelines
• Maintaining a database and archives
• Providing statistical information and an annual report of the work of the Centre
• Developing and revising quality control systems of all processes in the Centre
• Involvement in the general planning and development of the Centre in coordination with the Director General and the Head of Medical Services
