- Strengthen business relationship with existing Key Accounts (Agency and Direct client) to accelerate the sales growth. And Achieve Sales Target
- Do sales strategy for renewal annual contracts with Big Accounts to achieve profitable growth for Group
- Explore new growth opportunities and develop new sales opportunities with existing channels
- Pioneer new potential channels to grasp more sales opportunities.
- Lead and motivate the team, provide direction & coaching to strengthen the skills & competencies of team.
- Proactively manage business prospects from identification to conversion (effective pipeline management).
- Develop and maintain a high degree of industry knowledge and in depth knowledge of the full suite of Advertising solutions.
- Create an annual strategic sales plan by product line and or customer segment to ensure new business revenue targets are achieved. Including sales strategies, new opportunities, generation activities and sale conversion.
- Provide pre-sale and post-sale service to maintain lasting relationship with clients.
- Initiate and manage sales and marketing campaigns (e.g. held event for Bangkok Post Forum, Bangkok Post Travel Fair, Bangkok Post Rally)
