Submission Deadline

For the applicants who need visa support from FEFU: April 15 - July 1
For the applicants who do not need visa support from FEFU: April 15 – August 1
Before the submission deadline, please contact our Office of International Admissions for details and recommendations on how to get your documents ready and where you can get them translated.
To enroll at FEFU, you will need to provide the admission board with the following set of documents:

For Bachelor's Degree Programs:

1. High school certificate or diploma (with examination results or transcript) or Secondary professional (or vocational) education diploma (with transcripts) + legalization and notarized translation into Russian.

*If the previous credentials were obtained in Russia, the candidate should submit one of the following documents: Certificate of secondary (complete) general education (with final grade list and examination results) or Secondary professional education diploma (with supplement).
2. Level I Certification from the Test of Russian as a Foreign Language (TORFL).



For Master's Degree Programs:

1. Bachelor's Degree diploma (with transcripts) + legalization and notarized translation into Russian.

*If the previous credentials were obtained in Russia, the candidate should submit one of the following documents: Bachelor's Degree diploma (with supplement) or Specialist's diploma (with supplement).
2. Level II Certification from the Test of Russian as a Foreign Language (TORFL).*

*Students applying for Master's Degree Program in English do not have to submit this document


For Postgraduate Programs:

1. Master's Degree diploma (with transcripts) + Bachelor's Degree diploma (with transcripts) + legalization and notarized translation into Russian.

*If the previous credentials were obtained in Russia, the candidate should submit one of the following sets of documents: Master's Degree diploma (with supplement) + Bachelor's Degree diploma (with supplement) or Specialist's diploma (with supplement).
2. Level II or Level III Certification from the Test of Russian as a Foreign Language (TORFL). (depending on the selected major).

Additionally, upon acceptance to FEFU, all applicants should submit:
• Proof of medical insurance policy with a Russian insurance company.
• Passport/copy with registration and visa.
• Migration card.
• 6 colored photos.
• Completed Questionnaire.
• Russian and English application forms for foreign citizens entering FEFU.
