At least most of it is. The script can be clumsily conventional when Will and his cronies are on the loose, and Chuckie remains a generic sidekick who sometimes does and sometimes doesn't understand the significance of Will's special gifts. Also, Mr. Affleck is stuck with the only set piece that's a patent fake, one in which Chuckie, with improbable brilliance, impersonates Will at a job interview.
