Moving out and returning the key to

Moving out and returning the key to the management of the hall of residence (Heimleitung) must take place by 9:00 am on the last working day before the end of period booked. Saturdays do not count as working days.


Should you prefer your deposit being remitted to your bank account anyway, please let us know your bank details via e-mail ([e-mail]). Please note that if we are very busy the remittance may take a couple of weeks.

If there are any open amounts when you move out (damages, unpaid rent instalments, etc.) and the deposit does not suffice to cover these amounts, you have to remit the remaining amount immediately.


Moving in

Moving in or out is not possible on weekends or on Austrian public and religious holidays!! i.e. moving in is only possible as from the first working day of a month and moving out at the latest on the last working day of a month.


Please make sure to find out whether you will get the key/rental contract/registration form (Meldezettel) in the office of the OeAD-WohnraumverwaltungsGmbH or directly at the accommodation (administration of the hall of residence). This and all other information can be found in the enclosed information leaflet.


Should you arrive later than expected, please inform us immediately in writing (we recommend by

e-mail). If you do not inform us of your late arrival within the first week of your planned arrival date at the latest, your reservation deposit may be kept by us and your room may be given to somebody else after the end of the week.


Should you discover any damages when moving into your room, please inform us and the student hall, respectively, immediately in order to avoid any misunderstandings.





If you arrive outside the office hours, we would like to recommend you to book the iHouse - Student Welcome Service. Xin chắc chắn để tìm hiểu xem bạn sẽ nhận được chìa khóa / hợp đồng cho thuê mẫu đăng ký / (Meldezettel ) trong các văn phòng của OeAD-WohnraumverwaltungsGmbH hoặc trực tiếp tại các nơi ăn nghỉ (quản lý của hội trường nơi cư trú).
