Job Descriptions and Responsibilities :- - Leading and developing the sales team in the execution of sales strategies to maximize the sales objectives and increase profitability. - Developing and managing the sales forecast process that meets the business requirements. - Monitoring and controlling stock position and debtors, ensuring a proper inventory level of all products assigned. - Generating and updating the marketing plans for relevant products in full co-operation with suppliers. - Maintaining relationships with existing key business partners to expand products / market portfolio. - Initiating regular market surveys in the related industries to monitor trends as well as identify new business opportunities to ensure the maximum sales and profit growth. - Leading, training, coaching, and developing the sales team to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently. Giving all staff on the job training on a regular basis. Qualifications :- - Male or female, 35 - 45 years old. - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemical Science, Medical Technology, Biotechnology - Minimum of 8 years experience in the sales and marketing of chemical products. - Having background experience in Research chemicals is preferable. - Good management, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. - Good analytical, problem solving and decision making abilities. - Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
