Job Summary :-
Advise managers on organizational policy issues and recommend needed changes
Lead a team of HR staff to develop, plan and implement various HR initiatives such as compensation, benefits and performance management programs
Analyze HR practices, and recommend employee relations, employment, compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure legal compliance
Qualification :-
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required, advanced degree preferred
Minimum 2-5 years professional experience in HR Generalist / Business Partner or related roles
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, strong client-support orientation, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and with a wide range of clients
Work Location : Saengsom Building, Vibhavadi Rangsit Road
