Thank you for this report. It is good to see that we had ZERO accidents during 2015.
Please provide me detail of each of the 11 near misses, for analysis.
For there to be no first aid incidents, there would have been NO USE of first aid material. It may have just been that we did not record use of first aid: the new log in the medical room will capture these uses for 2016.
Please call a manager meeting in January to set who will report on the various metrics for 2016.
Eg.
• WASTE (related to segregation & sales of scrap) [Prod]
• UTILITIES (electric, water, gas use) [accounts/buyer]
• USE of PAPER [buyer?]
• MANHOUR count [accounts or Thanjira?]
I would expect you to report on the confirmed date for our first-aid training at that meeting.
