Good day, let me explain me opinion regarding the below:
1. Falah already built his own relation with our customers at eastern region, also he is allowed to visit government agencies because he is national also Falah is not qulifed to work at the personnel department because his experience on collection, time keeping, and coordinate with FSF and RCJY.
2. it is too difficult to transfer Rejeesh at the moment because there are a lot of pending issues such as petty cash around SR 54,000 some of it since 2014 according to Ali Alkhars from Finance Department.
3. Transfer Rejessh to Jubail after he resigned may be spared to company staff as favoritism from the management.
4.If this happen it will be hard to manage the department since they know I already issued draft of writing warning then I resumed because of your advice. Three days after that he resigned, it will be translated as rewards for his bad performance.
5. Finally I am really sorry but I don't accept imposing bad performance employee under my supervision then later on I will be the one who received the blame of under performance.
