قام مستشار الصندوق الشرعي بإعتماد اجراءات القيام باستثمارات الصندوق. يلتزم مدير الصندوق بالعمليات المعتمدة. يتأكد المستشار الشرعي للصندوق من التزام الصندوق المستمر بالاجراءات المعتمدة على اساس ربع سنوي بعد تقديم مدير الصندوق لتقريره الربعي حول الانشطة و الاستثمارات. يتحمل مدير الصندوق اتعاب و مصاريف اعضاء المستشار الشرعي
