The contract amount of above clause

The contract amount of above clause 1 will include all the costs that an employer has to bear according to employing his/her employees such as worker's labor costs incurred at Vietnam, meal expenses, various taxes, retiring benefit, overtime compensation and various social insurrance as well as incidental cost for the professionals dispatched from Korea.

All kinds of Tax related in this contract will be paid by Party A.

Progress payment

In case of change in volume from general contractor, accounting shall be made without change in unit cost based on volume.

Above contract amount is mutually agreed one followed by sufficient review of working drawing & work details, particular specifications and the like, and being fixed until termination of this contract, the unit price will not be increased.

Party A shall pay according to following basis excluding monthly payment.
(1) be paid within 30 days after the renew by the request of Party B
(2) after the termination

with repect to progress, in principle, Party A shall approve the progress that Consortium, site manager signed and pay accordingly.

Party B shall pay persons put to the work all labor costs without deferring as monthly basis, and in case of false or no payment, Party B will have all civil and criminal liabilities for the employees of Party B.

Supplied and contract materials that Party A supplies are specified on Attachment

Delayed implementation

If Party B will not complete the work within the completion date o the contract, Party B shall pay in cash the amount calculated from delay penalty rate 0.5% multipled by number of days, except for the cases of force majeur and caused by responsibility of PArty A.
