In the direction of cost efficiency

In the direction of cost efficiency especially at this quarter, this kind of visa collection matter in Singapore is actually considered as a waste because this should be able to be processed in the employee’s country of origin while they are on vacation.
I’m not sure why we did not do this in the employee’s country of origin and ask the employee to finish this visa collection for him and his family before returning back to Indonesia.
For future visa collection under WKFX/IDBU team, it should be done in their country of origin while they are on vacation.
Please give a heads up if any of the visa is getting expired 1-2 months ahead so we can plan the vacation accordingly for the related personnel

Ke arah efisiensi biaya terutama pada kuartal ini, jenis koleksi visa materi di Singapura sebenarnya dianggap sebagai limbah karena ini harus dapat diproses di negara karyawan asal sementara mereka sedang berlibur.
Saya tidak yakin mengapa kita tidak melakukan hal ini di negara karyawan asal dan meminta karyawan untuk menyelesaikan koleksi visa ini untuk dia dan keluarganya sebelum kembali kembali ke Indonesia.
Untuk koleksi visa masa depan di bawah tim WKFX / IDBU, hal itu harus dilakukan di negara mereka asal sementara mereka sedang berlibur.
Tolong beri kepala sampai jika ada visa semakin berakhir 1-2 bulan ke depan sehingga kita dapat merencanakan liburan yang sesuai untuk personil terkait
