Incubation of [14C] S 033447 with r

Incubation of [14C] S 033447 with recombinant human UDP glucuronosyl transferase (UGT) enzymes showed that the UGT1A3 enzyme was primarily responsible for the formation of S-033447 glucuronide. The major route of excretion was through the feces via the bile. Enterohepatic recirculation was observed in rat, although this effect on PK was considered low.
