Thesis Statement: Presently, the old people have a healthy bad and congenital disease such as heart disease, blood pressure, and diabetes etc. Furthermore, most of the problems of old people are osteoarthritis and muscle disease that its make the older people don’t have to lift the heavy object. So, the exercise is important for them but some exercise may be harmful to old people. Therefore, a good alternative for them to exercise is swimming because of swimming it can help to reduce the risk in a bump of the bone and can help the muscle to be strong up.
