In alignment with the global framework to have consistent competencies for all functions globally, all our Sales colleagues participated in the Sales capability survey a few weeks ago. The reports would have reached all the participants and their people leaders. I recommend all participants discuss their report outcome in-depth with their people leader and plan specific development actions. I have personally benefitted from such Sales Competency Surveys and specific personal development actions in my career. I encourage each of you.
