WFTV entered into the Administrativ

WFTV entered into the Administrative and Technical Services agreements with WAP on January 1,
2010. Due to startup costs and other challenges faced when entering a new market and line of
business and a desire to be cost competitive, WFTV experienced initial years of losses as it
developed its business model for the provision of administrative and technical services. These
losses were not outside the normal course of business given the unpredictability of any new
business venture. WFTV entered the business with a profit motive and has had improving results
for every year since it started the venture; furthermore, it realized a small profit at operating profit
level for fiscal years 2012 and 2013.
3.4.2 Organizational Structure
WFTV’s organizational chart as of 31 December 2013 is summarized in Appendix A.
3.4.3 Composition of business
During the review period, WFTV primarily engaged in the provision of contract manufacturing
services as well as provision of administrative and technical services to intercompany partners.
3.4.4 Business Strategy
WFTV‘s U.S. based affiliate is responsible for the Company’s overall business strategy. However,
WFTV is responsible to constantly improve efficiency and reduce costs in its provision of services to
its affiliates.
