Hi Ms Yim, my living room curtains looks like never wash before I move in. I was told that if I wash, it will be broken as the curtains have been from the sun almost everyday and have became very dry and easy to torn. So if I wash, and it torn, I shouldn't be responsible as the curtains is already too dry and easy to torn when washing.
