In this environment of cuts, layoffs, etc., you may want to remind everyone this is a VERY SERIOUS offense!!!! As per policy, this CAN BE grounds for termination!!!!! I cannot believe someone would be so naïve to think he could get away with this in this day and time!!!! I personally do not think this guy is qualified to work on our rigs!!!! Be reminded also that, even if a person is on their 12 hrs. off of working day, they are STILL on COMPANY TIME!!!!! IT IS AGAINST COMPANY POLICY TO DRINK ALCOHOL WHILE YOU ARE ON COMPANY TIME…PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF CAUGHT DRINKING, WHETHER ON THE RIG OR ON YOUR REST TIME, YOU ARE ON COMPANY TIME AND CAN BE TERMINATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
