Age, corporate ethics and understanding of the professional code of conduct are positive and significantly associated with judgments at the 1, 5, and 10 percent level, respectively, while being active in the profession is negatively associated with judgment at the 1 percent level. Hence, H2 (Age), and 4 (Corpesc) and 6 (Actprof) are supported
