1. I feel that our team started off a little slow due to scheduling and motivation team members, but we all were able to work together and get the draft case study accomplished, then refined it.
2. I confess that I was the one who was sometimes late to the meetings and missed a deadline to review the models that the teammates created, so they proceeded without my collaboration.
3. Due to conflicting schedules we didn’t hear from (name3) as much as the other team members for this project. The work that he provided was adequate, but due to lack of timely response on tasks more of the workload is attributed to the other team members.
4. (Name3) missed most of the team meeting which mean we had to fill the gap.
5. (Name 1) pulled this team together and did most of the first draft models, plus the PPT. She/ he did more than her share and truly is a collaborator.
6. (Name 2) accepted some assignments then failed to come through until the draft was already together, then offered to edit and did catch a few things to fix it.
7. (Name4) waited until the last week to ask if there was anything left to do. Almost too late. We had to scramble to assign something to her/ him that we could even use.
