Good news!
As of last Friday night (east time), Artelia & JCI/CBRE users have been reconnected to GSAP.
For now, the cause is identified as the resultant from migration of TP account for Denmark.
To-date, we have not received any other damage report from the impacted party(ies) on top of the failure to access to GSAP system.
Meantime, we will assess the process to improve the control mechanism to prevent similar future issue.
Earlier inconvenience is deeply regretted.
