The amount of tax under paragraph 1

The amount of tax under paragraph 1, which is paid for by the payer of income or by any other person on behalf of taxpayer on any category of income or in whichever tax year, shall be treated as income of the same category and of the same tax year as the income where payment of tax is made.

ยอดภาษีภายใต้วรรค 1 ที่จ่าย โดยผู้ชำระเงินกำไรขาดทุน หรือ โดยบุคคลอื่นในนามของผู้เสียภาษีในประเภทใด ๆ ของรายได้ หรือ ในปีภาษีใด จะถือเป็นรายได้ประเภทเดียวกัน และ ของปีภาษีเดียวกันเป็นรายได้ที่ทำการชำระภาษี

ปริมาณของภาษีตามวรรค 1 ซึ่งจะจ่ายให้ผู้จ่ายเงินได้หรือโดยบุคคลอื่นใดในนามของผู้เสียภาษีอากรกับประเภทของรายได้ใด ๆ หรือใดในปีภาษีจะได้รับการปฏิบัติเป็นรายได้ของประเภทเดียวกันและเหมือนกัน ปีภาษีเป็นรายได้ที่การชำระเงินจะทำภาษี
