In cases where it is necessary for any architectural and/or engineering modifications required in the design or construction details set forth in this Contract to suit the conditions and environment, or else it will cause damage, the Contractor has the right to suspend the constructor's work and shall notify the Owner and designers to amend the design immediately, and/or may correct by its own right as necessary and urgency with notification in a written report to the Owner and designers soonest as possible.
