Manage the development of Al Gharbia Service Delivery Strategy and WRDC Strategy.
Manage and assist in the development of annual plans to facilitate the achievement of the set section objectives along with achieving the overall WRDC objectives.
Manage the conducting of benchmarking exercises
Conducted a comprehensive sector based analysis of Al Gharbia conditions/challenges in all sectors (Education, health, economy, SME, Environment, infrastructure).
Initiated and implemented the prioritization exercise for WRDC Strategic initiative and it was recognized by Executive Council as a best practice.
Lead the development & cascading of WRDC’s organizational strategy into divisional strategic objectives in order to meet the short-term and long-term plans and facilitate the implementation of the divisional plans.
Support in developing the WRDC strategic and operational budget for 2009, 2010 and 2011 also support the FA section in conducting analysis to define the reason behind budget variation and analysis of budget expenditures.
Development of Partnership to Action Framework which aim to support WRDC in executing Al Gharbia Strategy with the support of the relevant Strategic partners.
Initiate the first Strategic communication tool "Tawasul Newsletter" and was recognized by the Executive Council as a best practices
Initiative the Mind Map approach in developing WRDC Strategic initiative
Conducting the Partnership to Action Workshop with Stakeholders to present the WRDC strategy and obtain their feedback and input.
Conducted number of focus groups with Al Gharbia residents to understand their needs and challenges and obtain their expectations and view of Al Gharbia Plans
