First of all, Kindly set expectation that our VLSC support will assist enduser/customer to activate online service (such as Office365,Skype for business, Exchange online) only. Any issue after activation, to ensure customer receive the appropriate level of support,it is necessary to redirect to CPC Team based in Vietnam.
