Outstanding academic achievement, extracurricular involvement, and work experience
Strong interest in financial analytics and its applications in the investment and risk management process
Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for the asset management and risk management industry
Desire to work closely with internal partners and key clients in a manner that deepens relationships and further demonstrates the value of BlackRock’s analytical tools
Creative, analytical problem solver who’s comfortable with using a wide range of technology
Sets high standards for own performance, willingness to take on additional responsibilities quickly
Enjoys a fast-paced, high-intensity environment and multi-tasking
Ability to leverage technical, business and client insights to drive improvements
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a willingness to interact with internal and external clients
Technical and programming skills are a plus but not required
