Hi frances we facing the big issue

Hi frances we facing the big issue of the individual impairment and EIR income of GSB. at the present system calculated EIR income by the expected cash flow but they's commented the system calculation was incorrect. EIR income should be calculated with contractual cash flow instead. the expected cash flow just purpose to calculate impairment for record allowance reserve only. please advice and clarify this case immediately.
