The Australian Country Music Foundation Inc. (ACMF) was established in 1992 and it is the administrator of the Australian Country Music Hall of Fame.
The ACMF is a totally volunteer run, not for profit organisation, with the function to collect, protect, preserve and promote the history and heritage of Australian Country Music.
The Australian Country Music Hall of Fame museum is located at 561 Peel Street, Tamworth, N.S.W. (the corner of Peel and Murray Streets, next to Hungry Jacks) and includes the Walk A Country Mile display.
