The guest can cancel their bookings with you up to 24 hours before arrival unless you have stipulated a different cancellation policy and agreed this with your WRI contact agent. If they cancel online you will receive an email and the rooms will automatically appear online as available
for booking again. These bookings will appear under the Cancellation tab on the home page of your Inbox. You must click to acknowledge cancellations.
The booking fee and deposit are non-refundable, as stated in our terms and conditions. Guests cancelling their bookings will lose their booking fee and deposit.
If the guest contacts you directly to cancel the booking you can reallocate the room online. To do this enter the booking number in the booking search, next you will see the booking page then click on reallocate beds.
If a guest does not arrive and does not cancel the booking (a “no show”), you have the right to charge their credit card for the first night’s stay, minus the deposit. This can only be done if you have credit card facilities at your property, or if your bank can offer another solution for you.
