Dear Andovar account team,
I would like you to check the status of procedure of my invoice #47617, which was submitted on 31st August.
According to your payment condition, the process should have been done before 15th October, 2015.
However, I have not received any notification via Paypal until today and there is no evidence of process on Paypal, too.
Would you check the process status about this invoice (attached) again, and tell me the status clearly and do necessary process as soon as possible?
(It is difficult to handle any other task until this status is clarified.)
