According to the import licence procedure, applying the license to perform 2 phases:
Phase 1: filing the forms I sent you (attachments) to Vietnam Government response adopted for imports of cattle production facility (exporters) are eligible to register for export to Vietnam.
After the 15 working days from the date of filing, registration documents valid quarantine, I will go to the US work out agreements , sign the contract and preparing the next steps.

Please fill out the attachments and send me the original copies by Fedex as soon as you can.

Chào thân mến, Theo thủ tục cấp giấy phép nhập khẩu, áp dụng giấy phép để thực hiện 2 giai đoạn: Giai đoạn 1: nộp những đơn gửi cho bạn (file đính kèm) để phản ứng của Chính phủ Việt Nam đã thông qua nhập khẩu của cơ sở sản xuất gia súc (xuất khẩu) có đủ điều kiện để đăng ký xuất khẩu đến Việt Nam. Sau 15 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nộp đơn, hồ sơ đăng ký kiểm dịch hợp lệ, tôi sẽ đi Mỹ làm việc ra các thỏa thuận, ký hợp đồng và chuẩn bị các bước tiếp theo.
