Train-the-Trainer Training for Wave 1 and Wave 3
At Realization Phase, Deloitte Consulting will train the project team members (Business Lead,
Business Key Users and Business Super Users) to be trainers based on the “Train-the-Trainer” (TTT)
concept. The training for each module or functional areas will be conducted concurrently. Based on
this approach, Deloitte Consulting will provide STA project team members with relevant process and
SAP Level 2 Training that includes:
Training curriculum and schedule.
Training slides.
Conduct of training.
Training exercises and evaluation.
The training will be carried over 10 working days with scope and estimated course duration as noted
in the table below. The individual course duration can vary but limited to a maximum of 5 working
days per course and must be completed within the planned duration
