Dear team:
Since the FV project had started now, there are some experiences would like to share with all of you.
1. The latest version of BT escalation matrix.
[Lau] please use the latest list per attached.
2. We don’t need to complete and send it to BT CPE of the check list after installation, this file is only used for field engineer as a working reference.
3. Loading Cisco data license is not Unisys responsibility. See attached e-mail !
We need local Unisys to pass PAK information during CPE Staging to BT Installation Coordinator (who will request BT network engineer to install data license remotely)
4. After staging completed, Unisys will send information (include device detail , show version, show run……) to BT CPE, BT coordinator.
Attach template is quite useful to consolidate needed information into one file.
5. BT had delivered the message to Unisys:
To all APAC countries, we like to fine tune Unisys’s communication with end user (given feedback from BT Internal) – We understand that Unisys gave a courtesy call to end user before site visit, please discontinue this requirement (all pre-visit communication with customer will be done by BT, some customers may not be pleased with multiple calls from BT & Unisys). BT Delivery Manager / Installation Coordinator / Cease Coordinator will fix schedule for all order types (e.g. Site Survey, CPE Installation, DE-INSTALL, EWO) with customer, then schedule fieldwork with Unisys. Once Unisys confirmed schedule & provided engineer details to BT, BT will pass engineer details to customer. Unisys engineer is required to arrive onsite 15 mins prior to scheduled timing.
Regards
George
