Direct mail
Direct mail will continue a pulsing effect using electronic mail and traditional mail to brand loyal consumers. Based on past research Bath & Body Works has created 97% brand awareness among its target audience and using direct mail will sustain this awareness. Direct mail will be released on a quarterly basis to all brand loyal customers on a national level, with a higher concentration in the Midwest and East Coast. The first flight of direct mail will be released during mid- January, and continue through mid-April, mid-July and mid-October.
