Office / Organization Performance Management & Awards/Regional Human Resources (RHR) Job Descriptions: • Provide administrative supports in Awards Programs to HR Assistants such as preparing awards package, coordinating with the Joint Country Awards Committee for awards meeting etc.; • Assist in organizing Awards Ceremony at the Ambassador’s Office and hotels, trainings, and other related events as applicable; • Provide administrative supports (input, arrange, tracking, and updating) in computerized applications; WebPASS, LocalWebPS, HR Awards Program, Embassy Intranet, etc.; • Assist in administering tracking sheets under Performance Management Portfolio such as arriving/departing American Officers, training & awards records, etc.; • Assist in organizing U.S. Mission’s special activities; • Perform other duties as assigned.pecial Requirements: • Proficient in Thai and English communication (speaking, listening, writing, and reading); • Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet; • Quick-learning, hard-working, service-minded and good interpersonal skill; • Able to complete work within the timeframe and team environment; • Willing to provide administrative support.
