We are going to have a meeting with IDC team on tomorrow and I am definite require to finalize the following issue:
1. Mile stone of each particular project (store ,counter ,repair & maintenance )
2. The outstanding issue with principal with detail of issue.
3. Scope and appropriate procedure of user to require service from IDC with document flow and official approval from K.Somyod for any changing.
4. Outstanding acceptance of store and/or counter completion to close the project as per my email today to K.Tanatcha.
5. AUC issue with A/C dep.
6. E-JOB retraining examination: I have required the document to support for the passing examination of each particular user from her many time. Unfortunately, never receive any paper up to now, therefore, Please tell her to show me tomorrow too.
7. E-Job modification requirement status such as Did IDC making appointment with K.Oom(Valankana),did IDC having the agreement from all department head of their users to go ahead for IDC's requirement of modification of this system as per advice from RIS.
8. Repair maintenance scope and responsibility among Admin div-HR ,Brand and IDC,kindly note that this issue has been raised up by brand so as to clear their confusing of correct provider between Admin Div.-HR (K.Techa)and IDC .
9. Decreasing of lead time of construction of counter from 80 days to be ~ 45 days, require the appropriate plan and improvement
10. Number of store and counter to be arranged for Y 2015,kindly note that Central Procurement has required IDC to present many times
Please make a good correspondence to IDC today to reconfirm all issue that we did require them to share with us for making the good operational plan.
