Hope your holiday was well. I will provide pictures prior to our call on Thursday and will update our action item list. Wanted to give you some initial feedback from our first day of the prototype build:
Casters interfere with the new position of the leveling feet resulting in not being able to fully turn caster.
Caster spacer plate will require clearance to this leveler location.
Need to extend notch in PDU brkt around the side panel plate. This will allow clearance for PDU brkt to position against corner post. Clean assembly, no spacer plates needed.
New node bracket clips add significant time to assembly operation ~+8% overall.
Is there an opportunity/interest to pre-assemble casters, levelers, possibly nodes?
The corner post bulkhead has a feature meant to engage into the top/bottom frame members. This feature needs to be extended or more proud such that engages completely with top/bottom assembly. Corner post can rotate during assembly.
The front to back supports that are welded to the top/bottom frame are not fully seating with corner post, leaving a gap. Picture will clearly show.
Please see attached, slide 2. I brought this up when we received these slides, notice the difference between the bottom (2) images for the side panel bracket with the hook feature. This flange with the feature is not formed like V1. We will review the true impact of this tomorrow. If we find that hook feature is not needed, what is the purpose in this part?
