In general, this training is for people responsible for overseeing day-to-day food service operations. These operations include on-site cafeterias, camps, and platforms, excluding company retail operations. Or for individuals ordering food where business could be disrupted and employees' health affected, if a food borne illness outbreak occurred.
The training module's objectives are to provide you with the ability to:

Apply the guidelines to lessen the risk of food borne illness.
Understand the common food safety risk factors in the flow of food and your food vendor's establishment.
