There must be some misunderstanding regarding this case. below is the report;On 15/06/15 the Siam-Hitachi Elevator technician performed the elevator routine maintenance and found that the inverter control cooling fan were not in good condition because of the lifetime. They propose to replace with the new one. Khun Sorasak asked them to submit a quotation to juristic person. They submited a quotation to replace all 3 unit as per attachment. the total amount of this quotation is 17,382.15 Baht. When we got this quotation, we sent an email tocommittee members and attached the quotation and also print the quotation for Khun Kaimook to sign for confirmation. After you got the email, you asked for more information such as how many fan units in total and how many unit failed. So, Khun Sorasak asked the Siam Hitachi to get the answer and went to see you for explanation about this. After he came back, Khun Sorasak told Khun Saowanee that Khun Jerome agreed to do the job. However, Khun Saowanee went to get your confirmation again with Khun Sorasak and you told them to replace only 2 sets for 2 units of passenger elevators only. So, Siam Hitachi Elevator was asked to submit a quotation for 2 set of cooling fan unit as per attachment. And Khun Kaimook was asked to sign on the quotation for confirmation on 19/6/15. The job has been done on 22/6/15 by replaced 4 cooling fan of the inverter control for the 2 passenger units with the cost 11,588.10 Baht according to cheque number 00206983 dated 31/07/2015.
