Findings and Impression
Compared to the MRI of 14.10.2015 there is still the very high grade stenosis of the distal M1 on the left
There is one minor calcification at the right carotid siphon, otherwise the intracranial arteries are normal. Normal extracranial arteries, no plaques or stenoses of the carotids.
Normal spine, normal paravertebral soft tissues, normal apical lungs. Small retention cyst in the right maxillary sysnus, otherwise normal paranasal sinuses and petrous bones.

So với MRI 2015/10/14 vẫn còn là hẹp lớp rất cao của M1 xa bên trái
có một vôi hóa nhỏ ở động mạch cảnh siphon ngay, nếu không thì nội sọ động mạch là bình thường. Động mạch bình thường extracranial, không có mảng hoặc stenoses của carotids.
Cột sống bình thường, mô mềm paravertebral bình thường, phổi bình thường đỉnh. Giữ u nang nhỏ trong sysnus hàm trên bên phải, xoang cạnh mũi nếu không bình thường và xương giống như đá.
