Other Provision
a. The employee will still be responsible for performance and career management activities such as Goal Setting, Regular review meetings and career discussion with manager.
b. Failure to meet performance objectives in a given period, can be a cause for removal from the program.( keep a note of this)
c. The employee must continue to abide by the provisions of the Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct.
d. The manager has the discretion, upon discussion with the employee to revoke the Work-from-Home arrangement based on business/operational requirements.
e. The company reserves the right to review this policy as needed, and may be subject to modifications, including revoking the policy.
