Who's the main actor? Each of them can use specific claims to influence the decision-making process, intervene in conflicts within the company, and become a description and case of the "power game" described in the video<br>Conflicts within the company can be attributed to tensions between the Director-General and shareholders. They don't get along anymore and don't agree with the strategy. Staff members expressed their solidarity with the directors and against the shareholders. They all want to invest in the main logic of the business and its main values (furniture quality, product preferences, respect, feelings about the company, etc.) for financial purposes, in order to increase returns.
