The developed plate was dried at 100 °C in hot air oven for
3 min to evaporate solvents from the plate. The plate was
kept in photo-documentation chamber (CAMAG reprostar 3) and images captured under UV light at 254 nm,
respectively. The Rf values and finger print data were
recorded by WIN CATS software.

Results (Indonesian) 2:

Piring dikembangkan dikeringkan pada 100 ° C dalam oven udara panas untuk
3 menit menguap pelarut dari piring. Piring itu
disimpan di ruang foto-dokumentasi (Camag reprostar 3) dan foto yang diambil di bawah sinar UV pada 254 nm,
masing-masing. Nilai-nilai Rf dan data sidik jari yang
direkam oleh perangkat lunak WIN CATS.
